How to submit a request for Password reset.

Go to link http://mail.htgtechs.com/helpdesk Use the username reset@beyondfaithhomecare.com and password faith and click logon.

Click the submit new problem button.

Change the select category to support then use password reset as the subject. Then type in the description.

Then support ticket will be submitted and email will be sent out to the alert groups to be changed.

The correspondence of the emails will be copied to Jing, Kelly, Tonya and Heather.
